Application:
HZGS-208 automatic dielectric loss tester is a high-precision dielectric loss tangent value and capacitance test instrument for various high-voltage power equipment in power plant, substation and other fields or laboratories. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage-regulating power supply, booster transformer and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The test high voltage source is generated by the inverter inside the instrument and is used for the test of the test object after the transformer is boosted. Frequency can be changed into 50Hz, 47.5Hz\52.5Hz, 45Hz\55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5Hz, 55Hz\65Hz, digital notch wave technology is adopted to avoid interference of power frequency electric field on the test, which fundamentally solves the problem of accurate measurement under the interference of strong electric field. At the same time, it is suitable for the detection of generator power supply after power failure. The instrument is equipped with insulation oil cup and temperature control device to test insulation oil dielectric loss.

5.CVT test by one step at a time
The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2, realizing the simultaneous test of C1 and C2.The instrument can also test the CVT ratio and voltage Angle difference.
6.Measuring CVT without removing high voltage lead
The instrument can correctly measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of CVT without removing the high voltage lead of CVT.
7.CVT negative wire shielding method measuring C0
The instrument can measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of C0 at the upper end of CVT by negative wire shielding method.
8.High speed sampling signal
The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all controlled by digitalization, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
9.Multiple protection is safe and reliable
The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power supply fault, over-voltage, over-current, temperature and so on, which ensures the safety and reliability of the instrument.The instrument also has the function of grounding detection to ensure that ungrounded devices are not allowed to boost voltage.
